- Arm length from post to front of mailbox: 60" extended, 44" retracted
- Arm length is adjustable to up to 14" closer or farther from the road, to allow for post placement variations.
- Ship weight: 13 lbs.

Construction:
Arm is Galvanized SS-15 gauge steel. The adjustable mailbox brackets are a proprietary design as no others have been found that were strong enough for
the job. The unit includes two steel silver painted clamps to mount to a 2 1/2" 15 gauge pipe. We do recommend that customers prime and paint all metal
surfaces, for appearance and protection.

Steel posts for ground installation are readily available locally in most areas. Ground post recommended is SS 15 gauge galvanized steel 2 1/2" by
8 feet long. Steel posts are now available for sale with the MailSwing from this site (below).

You can now buy a MailSwing with or without a galvanized steel post and cap. Newspaper
Holder Bracket also available. Spreaders not to be used with heavy gauge mailboxes (Heavybilt, Veeders), and spreader mailboxes must be between 6.25
