Large Mail Chests

Made entirely of rust-proof aluminum, our 4300 series mail chests are available in two sizes, standard and large. Large mail chests (#4375) feature both a front and rear access locking door. Mail is deposited through the front on all models. Each unit includes an outgoing mail tray, a lock with two keys and an adjustable red signal flag. Units are available in a black, white, silver, or green powder coated finish. Large mail chests can be mounted on the optional bolt mounted or in-ground mounted aluminum pedestals or a base of your choice. Mail chests can also be mounted in groups using the optional two and three-wide spreaders. Mail chests may be used for U .S.P.S. residential door delivery. Master postal lock not required. Optional Thumb Latches are available for non-locking applications. See design sketch below.

Standard Mail Chests

Standard mail chests offer the same quality features as the Large version, with both front and rear locking access doors. Standard mail chests can be mounted on the bolt mounted or in-ground mounted aluminum pedestals or a base of your choice. Optional Thumb Latches are available for non-locking applications. See design sketch below.
