Heavybilt Country Estate Mailboxes are available in nine colors and three sizes. [Example color links below right show available photos only, including other Heavybilt models]  They are fabricated using modern robotic technology and state-of-the-art tooling.  Heavybilt Mailboxes are:

• Will support between 14,760 and 21,780 lbs. of direct weight.

• Mailbox flag has industrial grade nylon bushing to insure smooth life-long operation, and stainless steel fasteners.

• 3 stage automotive grade finish:

• Baked on Electro-coatBaked on High Strength Polyurethane Powder Coat with UV Protection for life-long beauty
• Mailbox has a Full-width/Full-Travel heavy duty stainless steel hinge with a stainless steel hinge pin that won't rust.
• Recessed door design prevents mailbox from freezing shut during winter months.
• Approved by Postmaster General.
• Locking Insert available for the Medium Country Estate Mailbox protects first class mail
• Limited lifetime warranty guarantees materials and workmanship under normal working conditions. (Does not include minor cosmetic blemishes caused by rust, wear marks; and damage from vandalism or collisions by motor vehicles.  You may preserve the life of your mailbox’s paint finish by applying car wax twice per year.  This protects against corrosive road salt, salt air near the ocean, auto exhaust, and Ultra-Violet rays)

Aluminum Heavy Duty Country Estate Mailbox

Now available in one size, Small [left], the same Country Estate styling is designed into Heavybilt’s new heavy duty extruded aluminum mailbox model, offering rust-proof performance in addition to the high strength vandal-resistance of the original steel models.  Everthing on this mailbox is constructed from heavy cast or extruded aluminum, except for the stainless steel door hinge, and screw and nut fasteners.  Aluminum is also lighter to ship, is less prone to shortages from international market demands, and again... never rusts.  Heavybilt’s manufacturer, GM Mailboxes LLC, believes this new aluminum model is stronger than its 12 gauge high grade steel mailboxes which have served many homeowners so well for many years.
